Cover is a perfect fit for my second battery

Easy to swap out batteries now without having to deal with the two screws holding the cover to the battery. I’ll be more prone to use both batteries now.

Fit and support

If the battery cover fit the extra battery I received with the bike I would give the product itself 5 stars. Unfortunately, it does not fit. Now as for this company's SUPPORT, it is the worst support I have ever encountered. The phone number they give you just says to go to their website which is no help! I have emailed them several times asking them what my options are. I have never received an answer.

Perfect Size For Me

I went to our local bike shop to purchase the Pace. When I spotted the Sinch in the shop I immediately was drawn to it. I liked that it had **** tires and the seat was set lower (I’m only 5”3’). I have been using it daily since bringing it home. I love every feature it offers, lights, rack and easy to read display. My husband had no problems getting it setup for me. My granddaughter now wants one too!
